- Water may only be used for household and culinary use, not for watering outside. However one outside freeze-proof water source is recommended for fire protection, and should be located no closer than 10 ft. from the building.
- Please report any leaks, damage, frozen pipes immediately to the Water Master. He can help avoid further damage and worry for you and for the entire water system.
- Be sure to notify the Water Master of any construction or remodel projects that involve interior or exterior water pipes. He has been very helpful in saving shareholders time and money, and being sure there is no impact to the entire system.
- Water meters are required for all system connections to promote water conservation and the ability to detect leaks in an efficient manner. The Corporation will supply meters at no cost for those installing meters this year (2025). After
December 31, 2025, meters will continue to be required on all connections, but the Corporation will
charge for those meters. - Shareholder Assessment and Fees include the following:
$1000 Initial Connection Fee
$ 75 Stock Certificate Transfer Fee
$ 250 Lost Certificate Replacement Fee
$1000 Re-connect Fee
$ 40 Labor/hour in summer
$ 75 Labor/hour in winter
$ 25 Monthly charge for late Annual Assessment payments after June 10th.
The Annual Assessment and Winter Water Assessment are set annually by the Board of Directors. Currently it is $300 for the Annual Assessment, and an additional $300 for the Winter Water Assessment.
